About me: I've been a personal trainer for over 12 years training in various settings (small studio in person, ymca, corporate, virtual). My specialty is pre/postnatal as I've been a corrective exercise specialist for pregnancy and postpartum for 5 years now, but I also enjoy training women of all ages. I believe women deserve to know how to feel best in their body by being strong and confident of their abilities to live a full life.
